Hi guys! Here are my tips on how to get the best out of journalling and how I conduct it!


 

You can have your journal/diary in paper form or electronic form.

I personally have my diary in a google form format so that I have structure in what I am to write! I also make it a part of my homepage so that whenever I use my computer I am reminded to do my journalling.

I try to answer every question!

My diary/journal looks a little something like this:
