Self-experimentation is what I like to think of as a science project, on yourself! Helps you to learn more about your body!
I absolutely love self-experimentation and here are some fun ones that I have done myself and others that other people have conducted!
1. No Hair Washing
Washing your hair can actually be bad for it because shampoo strips your hair and it can even make you body produce more oil that it already would! How long can you last without washing your hair? The longer you go the less oil your hair will keep producing and eventually you can go weeks without or even longer!
2. Try diets such as the 5:2 diet!
Diets such as the 5:2 diet have scientifical evidence to back them up and can be very beneficial.
3. When are you most productive?
Try taking a quiz ay different times of the day many times and see when you are at your most alert.
4. No Showering
Like hair, washing your body can actually be bad for your body.
5. Food intolerances
If you experience symptoms such as gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea or itchy skin is may be interesting to try for multiple weeks going off of certain types of foods to see if they may be the cause for your symptoms.
